What is XAWD?
XAWD is a mysterious brand specializing in bold, custom-made wallpaper, furniture, and anything else that is functional, artistic, and/or just cool.
Where is XAWD located?
XAWD operates out of Phoenix, AZ, but we serve clients globally. Our wallpapers are printed in Sweden, while our furniture and home goods are all manufactured locally.

Orders, Returns + Shipping Questions
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for 30 days for our in-stock items (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Most of our products are custom and/or made-to-order, and these items cannot be returned. These non-returnable categories are: Wallpaper, Pillows, and Furniture.
However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
We offer a one-year guarantee. The product guarantee covers initial errors, meaning any defects present in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.
We will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation, such as additional labor or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the public complaints committee.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please include your order name, email address, order number and details about your issue.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time for our products varies. Wallpapers, home goods, and Xawdities typically take 2-4 business days for production, and 4-10 days for shipping. However custom furniture takes longer to produce and shipping times vary based on location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination.
Wallpaper Questions
Can I order samples of your wallpaper?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples before making a full purchase. This ensures you can see the color, texture, and scale of the design in your space.
What type of wallpaper does XAWD offer?
XAWD offers high-quality, non-woven, paste-on wallpapers that are eco-friendly and free from harmful substances. Our wallpapers are designed to be durable and easy to install.
Do you offer Peel & Stick Wallpaper?
Unfortunately, we do not. From our experience, peel & stick wallpaper cannot meet the quality requirements that we hold for our brand. (That's the diplomatic way to say peel and stick wallpaper sucks)
Can I order a custom color?
In most cases we can create custom colors in just about anything. We take it case by case, so just let us know below what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do!
Is there is a specific paste you recommend for wallpaper installation?
There are lots of good adhesives out there. The most important part is that it is made specifically for non-woven wallpaper. Click here for more installation tips.
How do I measure my walls for wallpaper?
Measure the height and width of each wall. Multiply the height by the width to get the square footage. Add an extra 15-20% to account for pattern matching and trimming. Click here for a complete guide to measuring walls.
Is it easy to install XAWD wallpaper?

What is the lead time?
Every piece is custom made to the specifications of our customers, which means lead times may vary. However, in most cases we produce pieces in 12-16 weeks, and then shipping times vary. Please click here for a more accurate lead time for a specific item.
How much does shipping furniture cost?
Our furniture pieces are generally completely custom, making it impossible to establish general shipping rates. Please click here for a detailed shipping quote for a specific item.
Are your furniture pieces customizable?
Yes, most of our furniture pieces can be customized to fit your specific needs and preferences. Contact us for more details.
Can your furniture be returned?
Every piece of XAWD furniture is custom and made-to-order, so they cannot be returned. However, in the process of creating a piece, our customers receive detailed shop drawings and material samples to ensure they are getting exactly what they want. Additionally, we warranty all of our products for 1 year against manufacturer defects.
Where is your furniture made?
All our furniture is locally built in Phoenix, Arizona by highly skilled craftsmen to ensure the highest quality and sustainability standards.
